Each KyZethX House creation is made with intention. This policy explains how returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are handled so that what arrives in your hands can be cared for with the same consideration with which it was made.
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made directly from KyZethX House LLC through KyZethX.com unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Unless a product page states otherwise, eligible physical merchandise may be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

For health, hygiene, product-integrity, and quality-control reasons, opened or used fragrance products are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law.
A fragrance remains eligible for a standard return when it is:
Fragrance is an intimate, skin-bound experience. Once a bottle has been opened or used, it cannot be restored to its original saleable condition.
Standard books may generally be returned within the applicable return window when they remain unread, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
Books showing substantial wear, writing, staining, bent pages, water damage, or other signs of use may not qualify for return.
Signed, personalized, individually numbered, limited, seasonal, or collector editions are generally final sale.

This protects the authenticity, scarcity, and collectible integrity of limited releases.
Downloaded or accessed digital products—including downloadable music, digital books, digital artwork, files, recordings, or other digital media—are generally final sale after delivery or access.
Exceptions may apply where required by law or where a verified technical problem prevents access to the purchased content.
Products customized, engraved, signed to a specific recipient, configured to a customer’s specifications, or otherwise personalized at the customer’s request are generally final sale unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

This timeframe is a request intended to help us investigate the issue quickly. It is not an absolute cutoff and does not limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

After reviewing the issue, KyZethX House LLC may provide an appropriate resolution such as:
When the error is ours, including an incorrect or qualifying damaged order, KyZethX House will cover applicable return-shipping costs.
When damage appears to have occurred during transportation, photographs of both the product and the shipping packaging may be required so that we can document the issue with the applicable carrier.
Please do not discard damaged packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.
KyZethX House LLC will cover applicable return shipping when the return results from:
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from an error by KyZethX House LLC.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable returns.
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of the return.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
KyZethX House LLC will issue an approved refund within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account after we issue it depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider and is outside the control of KyZethX House LLC.
That additional financial-institution processing time is separate from the House’s 5-business-day refund-issuance period.
When inventory permits, an eligible product may be exchanged rather than refunded.
Limited-edition, numbered, seasonal, or discontinued merchandise may not be replaceable. In those circumstances, another appropriate remedy may be offered.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Complimentary gifts, promotional merchandise, or bundled items received as part of an order may need to be returned with the qualifying purchase.
If an included promotional item is not returned, its stated or reasonable retail value may, where permitted by law, be deducted from the refund if that condition was disclosed with the promotion.
Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment when operationally possible.
Once an order has entered processing, production, personalization, packaging, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be available.

Where KyZethX House LLC cancels an order for legitimate reasons after payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Unless explicitly marked Final Sale, discounted merchandise remains subject to the eligibility requirements of this Returns & Refunds Policy.
Items expressly identified as Final Sale cannot ordinarily be returned except when damaged, defective, incorrect, or where a return or refund is required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate, restrict, or waive consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable law provides greater rights than this policy, those legal rights will apply.
